we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the provisions of this accommodation and operating regulations. We believe that the limitations stated below will be understood by you and contribute to creating good conditions for your stay. This operating order applies to all accommodated guests and is binding for these individuals.
1. Guests can check into the apartments after prior reservation, written or telephone agreement.
2. For accommodation and associated services, the guest is obliged to pay according to the current valid price list of the operator (linked to payment and cancellation conditions).
3. Accommodation begins on the first agreed-upon day starting at 3:00 PM and ends on the last agreed-upon day, but no later than 10:00 AM unless specified otherwise.
4. Upon check-in, the guest must present a valid identification document from which data will be used to complete the accommodation form. Keys to the apartment and the main entrance will then be handed over.
5. At the beginning of the accommodation, the guest assumes the apartment without any defects. Any defects must be reported to the accommodation facility operator without delay. If there is any damage to the apartment or any other part of the accommodation facility, whether due to negligence or intentionally, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage.
6. Without the consent of the apartment operator, the guest must not relocate furnishings, make any modifications, or interfere with the electrical network or other installations.
7. The guest is responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness both inside the entire building and in the surrounding area.
8. For safety reasons, children under 10 years of age must be supervised by adults in all areas of the facility and its vicinity. An adult person bears full responsibility for any damages caused by a child.
9. The accommodated guest is not allowed to bring persons who are not accommodated here into the building without the permission of the staff.
10. From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, the guest must observe quiet hours.
11. Upon leaving the apartments, the guest is required to check that there are no water leaks, turn off lights, and lock the entrance door.
12. A strict no-smoking policy, use of open fire, and electric heating appliances applies to all areas of the facility, subject to a fine of 2,000 CZK.
13. Domestic or other animals are not allowed on the premises.
14. In the event that the guest hands over the apartment with incomplete or damaged equipment, the cost of damage will be added to the payment in full.
15. In the case of a serious violation of the accommodation rules, the operator reserves the right to immediately exclude the accommodated guest without compensation.
