Payment and Cancellation Terms

For a confirmed reservation, we kindly ask you to make a deposit payment via bank transfer (according to the sent recapitulation) within 7 days from the date of booking (usually 50% of the total accommodation price):

when reserving for 2 nights
(1,000 CZK / 1 separate apartment or 2,000 CZK when reserving both apartments)
when reserving for 3 - 5 nights
(1,800 CZK / 1 separate apartment or 3,600 CZK when reserving both apartments)
when reserving for 6 or more nights
(3,500 CZK / 1 separate apartment or 7,000 CZK when reserving both apartments)

Only after the payment of the deposit will we consider your reservation as confirmed.
The deposit will be deducted from the total amount for your stay.
Upon your request, we will issue a deposit invoice.
The remaining payment for accommodation will be settled upon arrival - cash payment only.

In case of cancellation (cancellation of stay):
more than 120 days before the start of the stay - the deposit will be refunded
120 - 60 days before the start of the stay - CANCELLATION fee is 50% of the deposit
60 - 20 days before the start of the stay - CANCELLATION fee is 70% of the deposit
20 - 1 day before the start of the stay - CANCELLATION fee is 100% of the deposit
