Operating rules of wellness U Prejzků - private sauna and whirlpool

  • Wellness U Prejzků is a private facility designed for relaxation, it is in irregular operation at times agreed between the owner and guests staying in private apartments in the building No.2.
  • ACCESS TO THE SPA IS ONLY POSSIBLE BY RESERVATION AT LEAST ONE DAY IN ADVANCE.
  • For independent access to the spa, the visitor must be at least 18 years of age. If younger than 18 years of age, you are only allowed to enter the spa if accompanied by a person over 18 years of age - this person assumes full responsibility for the safety of the minor visitor in the spa.
  • The visitor is obliged to read the operating rules before entering the spa, behave in accordance with them and follow the instructions of the staff. Visitors who do not comply with the operating rules may be banned from the spa without refund.
  • It is forbidden to visit the spa in case of illness, under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs. In such cases, the operator is entitled to refuse or not to allow the visitor to enter.
  • Persons suffering from transmissible hair or skin diseases or other transmissible diseases that can be transmitted by water or contact with surfaces are not allowed in the whirlpool.
  • The period of stay begins upon entering the spa and ends upon leaving the spa. If the visitor exceeds the duration of his/her stay, he/she is obliged to pay the appropriate supplementary fee.
  • If the agreed time of stay is exceeded by more than 5 minutes in the wellness area, a surcharge of 10,- Czk for each minute will be charged.
  • EVERY VISITOR TO THE SPA MUST USE A TOWEL OR SHEET TO COVER THEIR BODY. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO SIT OR LIE BARE-SKINNED ON SUN LOUNGERS OR OTHER WELLNESS EQUIPMENT.
  • Towels and sheets are provided free of charge. The visitor must dispose of used equipment in the designated basket located in the wellness area
  • A STRICT BAN ON SELF-CONSUMPTION OF FOOD AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE WELLNESS AREA APPLIES (Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances are not allowed in the wellness area).
  • ENTRY TO THE HOT TUB AND SAUNA IS ONLY PERMITTED AFTER A PRIOR SHOWER. VIOLATION OF THIS PROVISION IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SHUTDOWN OF OPERATION, IN THE CASE OF THE HOT TUB WITH WATER CHANGE AND THE VISITOR WILL BE SANCTIONED WITH A CONTRACTUAL PENALTY OF 2000,- CZK.
  • ENTRY TO THE HOT TUB IS ONLY ALLOWED IN YOUR OWN SWIMWEAR.
  • ENTRY TO THE SAUNA IS ALLOWED ONLY WITHOUT CLOTHES (SWIMWEAR, SHORTS, UNDERWEAR, SHIRTS ARE FORBIDDEN). IT IS REQUIRED TO COVER THE BODY ON THE SEATS WITH A RENTED TOWEL OR SHEET.
  • The Wellness operation is a private operation and there are some hazards such as drowning, slipping on wet surfaces, or injury from exhaustion or fainting from treatments. We therefore ask all visitors to observe all warnings, operating instructions and common courtesy for their own safety.
  • The operator is not responsible for the current state of health of the visitor. Every visit to the wellness centre is at your own risk, the operator is not responsible for possible injuries or health problems caused as a result.
  • Each visitor uses all equipment in the spa premises at own risk, making sure that all equipment is free from any obvious defects preventing safe use before use. If discover a defect, must report it to the operator immediately.
