It is a cuvée of the typically used varieties Parellada, Macabeo, and Xarel-lo. In both aroma and taste, we can find tropical fruits and citrus notes, while on the palate, we´re pleased by the gentle fine effervescence and toasted tones. This rare sweet wine was originally just a „burčák“ (young wine). Tibor Zapletal came up with the idea to filter it, adding a touch of necessary sulfur dioxide to stabilize the wine - and „Sweet Touch“ was born. This naturally sweet wine with low alcohol content and refreshing acidity was created. It can be enjoyed with blue cheese or homemade fruit cake.	280,- Czk

The wine is produced from dried grapes (half of the grapes are hand-harvested and dried in baskets for 40 days, the other half of the grapes have their stems broken directly in the vineyard and are left to dry there).
